Pepper Creek - Lot Restoration Program
As a Pepper Creek Estate Owner, you'll be happy to know that there are a number of steps being taken before, during, and after construction to preserve and protect trees both inside and outside of the building envelope of each lot. These techniques, which are being used in the overall site development, can be implemented on the individual homesites to maintain the greatest natural assets the Pepper Creek community has to offer.
Per 100 linear feet of property line:
- 1 Overstory tree 12 1/2" minimum diameter
- 1 Ornamental tree 16' height minimum
- Native shrubs 24" minimum
- Native grasses within the vegetated swale
- Lawn turf
